This contract provides for the Carpet Extraction Cleaning of all named Rie-Rie areas agreed upon by the company, CARPET CLEANING SPECIALIST, and the Registered User Customer named above.
The company will provide for full and complete Joined: Friday, 30th of April 2010, 20:52:36 upholstery - carpet cleaning of these areas at a net price of$________. Posts: 1518 />The owners/employees will provide for spotting as necessary, prespraying Viewed 10160 times of all traffic lanes, and then complete extraction cleaning.
It is
to be understood that some spots and stains - due to time, type of spot
(bleach, dyr, traffic stains) - cannot be removed. The owners/employees
will remove all spots that are removable by use of a spot remover(s). />The owners/employees will use an extraction cleaning system - a self
contained state-of-the-art, or equivalent, wet carpet extraction machine.
This unit will inject the solution, scrub it with a spinning brush and
then extract it back. Only first quality commercial chemicals will be used
throughout, which chemicals will ''powder out'' so as not to leave a
''gummy'' residue which causes re-soiling. For smaller areas, edges,
stairs, etc. either a hand tool will be employed.
All upholstery
will be cleaned using an extraction machine with a hose in conjunction
with the necessary hand tools., upholstery tool, The methods above will
result in cleaned and dried carpets. This is the preferred method for
commercial cleaning of carpet today throughout the USA.
The owners
do not guarantee that badly soiled- damaged - carpet sections can be
restored to ''like-new'' condition - however, all carpets will be cleaned
to the maximum state available.
All payment is due in full upon
completion of job, unless agreed upon beforehand by own,

to go..
One word tho.the last statement doesn't make sense..what do you mean by
own? Even if that word was meant to be 'owner' ur meaning is not
clear..might want to re-phrase...and Good Luck with the business
